AI Media Generation

AI media generation allows you to automatically generate unique videos and images when creating a new website with the AI wizard. This gives you: • A unique hero video as background on your homepage • Images that match your business and industry • Professional media without having to upload anything yourself Images are filled in for free using stock photos. The hero video is generated by an AI model and is available for Professional and Agency plans.

Here's how to use AI media generation: 1. Go to Sites and click "New site" 2. Enter your description in the AI wizard 3. Enable the "Generate hero video" option 4. Start the generation 5. Review the generated media in the review step Images are always automatically filled in using free stock photos (Unsplash/Pexels). The hero video is optional and is only generated when you turn on the toggle.

AI media generation is available for the following plans: • Starter — No AI media (free stock photos only) • Professional — 5 hero videos per month • Agency — 30 hero videos per month Stock photos (Unsplash/Pexels) are free and unlimited for all plans.

You can choose from three video models, each with different quality levels and credit costs: | Model | Quality | Credits | Description | |---|---|---|---| | Fast | Excellent | 1 credit | Quick generation, top-tier quality. Default choice. | | High quality | Maximum | 2 credits | Maximum quality, longer generation time. | | Budget | Good | 1 credit | Good quality at lower cost. | The credit system works as follows: • Professional: 5 credits per month • Agency: 30 credits per month • 1 "Fast" or "Budget" video = 1 credit • 1 "High quality" video = 2 credits Example: with 5 credits you can create 5 fast videos, or 2 high-quality videos + 1 fast video.

After generation you get a review step where you can view the generated media: • View the hero video and images • Accept media you're happy with • Regenerate individual items if you're not satisfied • Replace an item with a stock photo • Click "Accept all" for a quick flow After accepting, the site is saved with the chosen media. You can also adjust media later in the editor.

You can upload up to 3 reference images in the wizard. These are used as visual inspiration for video generation: • The AI analyzes colors, style and composition of your references • The generated video follows the visual style of your images • References are optional — without references the video is generated purely based on your text description This works with the "Fast" and "High quality" models. The "Budget" model does not support reference images.

How long does it take to generate a hero video? On average 30 to 90 seconds. The video is generated in parallel with the rest of the content, so the extra waiting time is minimal. What happens if the video generation fails? The system automatically falls back to a stock photo as background. Your website is always created correctly. Can I replace the video later? Yes, in the editor you can swap, remove or adjust the hero video background. Why is the video muted? Browsers only allow autoplay when the video is muted. This is standard browser policy. Do stock photos cost extra? No, stock photos via Unsplash and Pexels are free and unlimited for all plans. What is the difference between video models? "Fast" is the recommended choice: excellent quality, quick generation (1 credit). "High quality" delivers maximum quality but costs 2 credits. "Budget" is a cheap alternative without support for reference images. Can I choose the model via the API? Yes, use the `videoModelId` parameter in the API or SDK. Valid values: `seedance-fast`, `seedance-standard`, `kling-standard`.
