Write, edit and publish blog posts – including AI writing assistance.

Blog overview

The Blog page shows all your blog posts in a clear list. For each post you can see: • Title and excerpt • Status (Draft or Published) • Publication date • Author Use the search bar to quickly find a post. Filter by status (Draft / Published) to see only relevant posts.

Creating a new blog post

Click "New article" in the top-right. Fill in: 1. Title – The heading of your article 2. Excerpt – A short summary (shown in overviews) 3. Featured image – The main image for your post 4. Category – Choose an existing category or create a new one The content editor opens automatically so you can start writing right away.
Tips
  • The slug (URL path) is automatically generated based on the title.
  • A good featured image attracts more readers on social media.

The blog editor

The blog editor is a rich text editor for writing articles. You can: • Format text: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough • Add headings (H2, H3, H4) • Create lists (numbered and bulleted) • Insert links • Add images from the media library • Use quotes and code blocks Changes are automatically saved as a draft.

AI Writing Assistant

The blog editor includes a built-in AI writing assistant that helps you create content. The AI can: • Generate full articles based on a topic or description • Rewrite or improve existing text • Shorten or expand text • Adjust the tone (more formal, informal, professional) • Suggest SEO-optimised content How to use the AI writing assistant: 1. Open a blog post in the editor 2. Click the AI button (sparkles icon) in the toolbar 3. Describe what you want or select an action 4. The AI generates text you can accept, edit or regenerate
Tips
  • The more specific your prompt, the better the result. Include context like target audience, tone and length.
  • Use AI as a starting point and refine the text with your own voice.
  • The daily number of AI actions depends on your subscription (Starter: 50, Professional: 150, Agency: 300).
Note
  • Always review AI-generated text for factual accuracy before publishing.

Publishing a blog post

A new post starts as a Draft. To publish: 1. Open the blog post 2. Check the title, content and SEO fields 3. Click "Publish" The post is now visible on your website's blog page.
Tips
  • Always fill in the SEO title and meta description for better discoverability.

Categories

Categories help organise your blog posts. Visitors can filter by category. You create a category while editing a post: type a new name in the category field and it's automatically saved. Categories with 0 posts are not shown on the website.
