My changes are not visible on the website
Changes only go live after publishing. Check if you clicked "Publish" or "Publish all". It may take a few minutes for changes to appear due to caching.
Tips
- Try reloading the page with Ctrl+F5 (or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to bypass the cache.
I can't upload files
Check if:
• The file format is supported (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG, MP4, WebM, PDF)
• The file isn't too large (max 10 MB recommended)
• Your internet connection is stable

How do I back up my content?
The CMS automatically saves versions of published pages (up to 20 versions per page). You can view and restore previous versions via the version history in the page editor. For a full backup, you can export your data via Settings → Data export.
Can I revert a page to an earlier version?
Yes! Open the page in the visual builder and click "Version history". You'll see a list of all published versions with date and author. For each version you can:
• View – Open the version in read-only mode
• Restore as draft – Load the version to continue editing
• Restore & publish – Set the version live immediately
Tips
- Up to 20 versions per page are stored.
- The version panel closes automatically after a successful restore.
How do I change my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the email you receive.
How do I change the CMS language?
Click the language icon (flag) in the top-right of the menu bar. Choose your preferred language from the 5 available options: Dutch, English, German, French or Spanish. The language is applied immediately and remembered.
What is an animation preset?
You can set an animation effect per section on a page. Go to the visual builder, select a section and choose an animation preset like fade, slide-up, zoom or bounce. The animation plays when visitors scroll to the section.
The animation is only visible on the live website, not in the editor.
Tips
- Choose "None" if you don't want an animation.
- Visitors with reduced-motion preferences won't see animations.
How do I use the command palette?
Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac) in the visual builder to open the command palette. Type an action like "save", "publish", "toggle theme" or a page name to navigate quickly. Press Enter to execute the action.
What is the Client Portal?
The Client Portal is a simplified interface for end customers. Clients only see Pages, Content and Media — no technical settings. The portal uses the agency's logo and colours (white-label).
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings and click "Export my data". You'll receive a JSON file with all your account, site, content and media data. This is your right to data portability (GDPR).
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and click "Delete my account". After confirmation, your account will be set to inactive. You have 30 days to change your mind. After that, all data is permanently deleted.
Note
- Account deletion cannot be undone after the 30-day period.
