Rewards catalogue: create, categories, redeem, coupons and AI Smart Rewards.
Rewards Overview
The rewards catalogue contains all rewards customers can redeem with their points.
Reward types:
• Discount (percentage or fixed amount)
• Free product or service
• Free delivery
• VIP access
• Exclusive items
Manage your catalogue via Loyalty → Rewards.
Tips
- Offer a mix of low-threshold and premium rewards for all point balances.
Creating a Reward
Create a new reward via Loyalty → Rewards → New Reward:
1. Name and description
2. Type — Discount, free product, free delivery, etc.
3. Point cost — How many points the customer must redeem
4. Conditions — Minimum tier, validity period, maximum number of redemptions
5. Image — Optional product photo
6. Active — On/off toggle
Tips
- Set a validity period on coupons to create urgency.
Redeeming & Coupons
When a customer redeems a reward:
1. Points are deducted from the balance
2. A unique coupon code is generated
3. The coupon can be used at checkout (webshop, booking or order)
4. After use the coupon is marked as 'used'
Coupons have an expiry date and are single-use (unless configured otherwise).
Note
- Redeemed points cannot be refunded. Ensure clear descriptions for every reward.
AI Smart Rewards
AI Smart Rewards analyses customer behaviour and suggests personalised rewards.
The AI looks at:
• Purchase history and preferences
• Tier level and point balance
• Seasonal patterns
• Similar customer profiles
Suggestions appear in the admin dashboard with an expected impact score. You can accept or reject suggestions.
Tips
- AI suggestions improve as more customer data becomes available.
- Enable Smart Rewards via Loyalty → Settings → AI features.
