Stamp Card
Digital stamp card: templates, QR scan, automatic stamps and rewards on completion.
Stamp Card Overview
The stamp card is a popular loyalty tool that rewards customers after a fixed number of purchases.
Example: after 10 coffees the 11th is free. Everything works digitally — no more paper cards.
Customers see their progress in the loyalty wallet on the website.
Tips
- Stamp cards work independently of the point system but can exist side by side.
Creating a Template
Create a stamp card template via Loyalty → Stamp Cards:
1. Name — e.g. "Coffee Card" or "Lunch Card"
2. Number of stamps — How many stamps are needed for the reward (e.g. 10)
3. Reward — What the customer receives on a full card
4. Validity — Optional expiry date per card
5. Active — On/off toggle
You can have multiple templates active at the same time.
Tips
- Use clear names so customers immediately know what they are collecting stamps for.
Awarding Stamps
Stamps are awarded in two ways:
• Automatically — On every qualifying transaction (e.g. every purchase over €5)
• QR scan — Staff scans a QR code at the register or customer scans a table QR
With automatic awarding the stamp is processed as soon as payment is confirmed.
Note
- A stamp cannot be undone after awarding. Check your automatic rules carefully.
Full Card & Reward
When a customer has collected all stamps:
1. The card is automatically marked as 'completed'
2. The reward is granted (coupon, free product, etc.)
3. A new empty card is automatically started
4. The customer receives a notification
Completed cards remain visible in the transaction history.
Tips
- The reward automatically appears in the customer's wallet.
