Email Logs
View an overview of all sent emails per website.
What are email logs?
The Email Logs page shows an overview of all emails sent from the CMS for your website. This includes:
• Contact form messages and chatbot leads
• Booking confirmations, reminders (24h/1h), no-show notifications and follow-ups
• Reservation confirmations, reminders and no-show notifications
• Vacation rental: inquiries, bookings, agreements (guest/owner), check-in/check-out reminders
• Real estate inquiries
• Order confirmations
• Mailbox invitations
• Password reset emails
• Welcome emails
Each email is logged with the provider used (SES, Brevo or SMTP), the status and any error messages.
Filtering and searching
You can filter the logs by:
• Status – Delivered, Failed, Bounced, Queued
• Source – Which type of email (contact form, order, etc.)
• Date range – From/until date
Click on a row to see the details such as Message ID, latency and any error messages.
Understanding statuses
• Delivered (green) – The email was successfully sent to the recipient
• Failed (red) – The email could not be sent (e.g. invalid provider configuration)
• Bounced (orange) – The email was returned by the receiving server (e.g. invalid email address)
• Queued (yellow) – The email is in the send queue and will be sent shortly
Tips
- For many failures: contact support if the problem persists.
- For bounces: remove invalid email addresses from your lists.
Who sees what?
• Editors – See only logs for websites assigned to them
• Team members – See all logs for the selected website
• Admins – See logs for all websites, with option to switch between per-site and agency-wide view
Logs are kept for 30 days and automatically cleaned up afterwards.
