Managing menu items

The navigation editor lets you build your website's main menu. You can: • Add new menu items • Reorder by dragging items • Create submenus by nesting items under another item • Rename or delete items

Adding a menu item

Click "Add item" and choose the type first: • Link – A regular menu item linking to a page • Group – A dropdown container without its own link • Mega menu – An expanded panel with columns, images and call-to-actions Then fill in the label and (for Link/Mega menu) the slug of the target page.
Tips
  • The slug must match an existing page slug.
  • Keep the menu clear: max 6-7 items in the main menu.

Item type: Group

A Group is a menu item that does not link to a page itself, but serves as a container for sub-items. Visitors see a dropdown when hovering over it. Use a Group when you want to bundle multiple related pages under one label, for example "Services" with sub-pages underneath.
Tips
  • A Group does not need a slug — it is purely a dropdown trigger.
  • Drag sub-items to the right under the Group to display them as dropdown content.

Item type: Mega menu

A Mega menu opens a wide panel below the menu item with multiple columns. Each Mega menu item can contain: • Columns – Each column has a title and a list of links (label + URL + optional description and icon) • Image – An optional hero image on the right side of the panel • Description – Short text displayed alongside the image • CTA button – An optional call-to-action button (primary or secondary style) Mega menus are ideal for websites with many pages, such as webshops or large corporate sites.
Tips
  • Use a maximum of 4 columns for a clear mega menu.
  • Add a CTA button to guide visitors to your most important page.
  • The image makes the menu more visually appealing — use a relevant photo or illustration.
Note
  • Mega menus are not displayed as a wide panel on mobile. On mobile, the columns are shown as nested dropdowns.
