PageSpeed Reports

Generate, schedule and send professional performance reports.

Downloading a PDF report

How to download a PDF report: 1. Go to "PageSpeed" → click "Report" 2. Choose the report type (summary or detailed) 3. Click "Download PDF" The report includes your scores, Core Web Vitals, improvement suggestions and optionally competitor comparisons. Ideal for sharing with clients or team members.
Tips
  • The report uses the latest scan results. Run a scan first if you want current data.

Setting up automatic reports

You can have reports generated automatically: 1. Go to "PageSpeed" → "Report schedule" 2. Choose the frequency: weekly or monthly 3. Select the day and time 4. Add recipient email addresses 5. Save The system automatically runs a scan, generates the report and sends it by email.
Tips
  • Scheduled reports automatically include trend data from the past period.

White-label branding

As an agency you can brand reports with your own identity: • Your company logo appears at the top of the report • Your company name replaces "OptimoCMS" in the header • You can set a custom colour scheme Branding is taken from your Business Profile (Settings → Business Profile). Update your logo and colours there to customise reports.
Tips
  • White-label is available on the Agency plan and above.

Receiving reports by email

Reports can be sent by email: • Manually: click "Send by email" after generating a report • Automatically: set up a report schedule (see "Setting up automatic reports") You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas. Each recipient receives the report as a PDF attachment.
Tips
  • Check your spam folder if you don't receive the report.

Real user data (CrUX)

In addition to lab data (simulated scans), the CMS can also show real user data via the Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX): • Lab data: a simulated scan under controlled conditions • Field data (CrUX): real measurements from Chrome users on your website Field data is only available if your website has enough traffic (typically > 1,000 visits/month). The dashboard automatically shows whether field data is available. Field data is more reliable than lab data because it reflects real user experiences. It's also the data Google uses for search rankings.
Note
  • Field data is 28 days old — it reflects the past 4 weeks, not today.
